Shipping & Delivery policy

Shipment of Products: We offer free shipping for all pre-paid purchases. We do not offer Cash on delivery. Discount codes are not applicable to products that are already on offer.

Picklewaala endeavours to take all steps to deliver your order safely and in reasonable time. Usually, an order is shipped within 3 working days of receipt. We ship on all days of the week, except public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, we use good quality packaging and ship through reputed courier agencies only. Order deliveries will be made usually between 10 am – 7 pm Monday-Sunday

We deliver to all metros and major cities across India. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In order to avoid disappointment, we will not accept orders that need to be delivered to any pin code not serviced by our reputed courier partners.

Most orders are delivered within 7 working days after dispatch. Delivery of all orders will be done only to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

In case of floods/ Heavy Rains/ National Bandh we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date. In case the product is not delivered due to any of the above reasons, we will inform you about the same. All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through the contact us page on the web store.

Delivery Charges: Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments. 

Dispatch: Due to courier timelines, all orders received before 2 p.m. will be processed on the same day. Orders received after 2 p.m. will be processed on the next business day. Orders are not dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
